Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Pahlawan yang jatuh pada tanggal 10 November 2016,
SMA Al-Irsyad Surabaya mengadakan acara “Talk Show Bersama Veteran” yang dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at tanggal 11 Nopember 2016 pukul 07.30 – 10.30 WIB bertempat di Aula Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya (YPAS). Acara diawali dengan sambutan dari Bapak Direktur Yayasan Perguruan Al-Irsyad Surabaya (YPAS), Drs. Istiqlal Arif Lazim dan sambutan dari Ibu Kepala Sekolah, Saidah Bamahry, S.Pd. serta dari Salah satu Veteran R.I. Kota Surabaya Bapak Moekari. Acara dilanjutkan dengan Talk Show dan berbagi cerita dengan Veteran yang hadir. Acara tidak berakhir saat itu juga, disini kita juga ada sesi tanya jawab dengan Veteran yang hadir.
Hakikat dari penyelenggaraan Peringatan Hari Pahlawan ini untuk memberikan pengakuan, penghormatan dan penghargaan kepada para pelaku perjuangan agar mendapatkan perlakuan sebagaimana mestinya. Alhamdulillah acara berjalan dengan sangat sukses dan lancar.
Sekolah islam modern dengan pendidikan holistik qur'ani yang menuntaskan ibdah, akhlak, dan karakte kepemimpinan siswa, melalui pembembinaan spiritual dan pembelajaran proyek STEAM Qurani. Sehingga melahirkan "Muslim Leader For The Future" dan siap menapaki masa depan dengan bimbingan Karier Islami.
